Let's Do Mexico was founded in 2020 in San José del Cabo with a simple mission: take exceptional care of homes, and of the people who stay in them. We lead with clear communication, transparency and honesty, so owners always know what's happening and guests feel genuinely looked after.

We're not a property management company

We're a direct booking agency — another net in the water. Our job is to fill your calendar, not to manage your property.

If you already have a manager and cleaning crew

Perfect — keep them. That's our ideal setup. You carry on with the team you trust on the ground, and we simply add booking channels on top of what you already have. Nothing about your current arrangement changes.

If you don't have anyone on the ground

We'll introduce you to a local team we know and trust. You would contract and communicate with them directly for anything management related — we don't sit in the middle of it, and we don't take a cut.

Who we recommend on the ground

Ricky Garcia has looked after homes at Las Olas for years. He comes out of the hotel industry and it shows — cleaner management, turnover timing and maintenance coordination, all handled without drama. His motto is "no excuses, there's always a solution," and we've known him for over fifteen years with complete confidence in his integrity.

His wife Marce and her sister Lupe run the cleaning side, and between them they've never had a cleanliness complaint.

How this works: if you'd like Ricky to manage your property, that's an arrangement directly between the two of you. You agree terms with him, and you communicate with him about maintenance, repairs and any on-site costs, so there's no confusion and no surprises. We're not part of that relationship and we don't take any portion of it — we're simply glad to point you toward someone good.

Some owners want to see every enquiry. Others want to hear from us twice a year and otherwise be left alone. Both are fine — tell us which you are and we'll work that way.

The Let's Do Mexico website. Our own direct booking site, where guests book without paying platform service fees. This is where our marketing sends people, and where the margin is best for you.

Google Vacation Rentals. We distribute listings to Google's travel results, alongside the big platforms. It's newer for us and still finding its feet, but it puts your property in front of people searching Google directly.

You keep your existing listings, your existing manager, and your existing arrangements. If we bring you bookings, everyone wins. If we don't, you've lost nothing.

Our team brings a combined 20+ years of visiting and living in Baja, along with deep local knowledge and trusted relationships throughout the area. Kylie and Zach are the main points of contact for both guests and owners—hands-on, responsive, and focused on making every stay smooth, memorable, and well cared for. Adam works behind the scenes supporting our systems and operations, and also helps lead our sister venture, Hug It Forward in Guatemala. Together, we’re passionate about curating unforgettable experiences, building genuine connections, and helping people explore the best of Baja and the outdoors.

We’re proud to say our team has never had a cleanliness complaint. They also love adding thoughtful touches for special occasions, like birthdays and anniversaries, to make stays feel extra memorable. Their greatest joys are their children, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such a reliable, proactive, and detail oriented team.
