The price includes the entire property, which features:

Main House (Ground Level):
• 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, extra twin bed in 2nd bedroom
• 2 full bathrooms
• Full kitchen and comfortable living room
• Access to laundry area with an additional outdoor-access toilet

Upper Casita Suite:
• 1 bedroom with king-sized bed
• 1 full bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Private upper patio with ocean views

Outdoor Features:
• Large garden and patio space for relaxing or entertaining
• Fully fenced and gated property for peace of mind
• Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shops, surf, and the weekly market

This flexible setup is perfect for groups who want space and privacy — or just to enjoy sunrise on the roof and a peaceful garden below.

Guest Access

You will enjoy private access to the entire property (with the exception of the garage - the garage is private/restricted and not available to guests).

Other Things to Note

All Rentals include Beach Chairs, Umbrellas and (Soft Sided) Coolers dependant on availability.

Surfboards, SUPS, ATV's are available to rent, please contact us to arrange.

Sport fishing, yoga, massage and tours available from local providers, please contact us for booking information.

Also for rent are baby items like High Chair, Pack and Play and Baby Bath dependant on availability. Please contact us to arrange!
