Important Considerations for Your Stay
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, please take note of a few policies and guidelines:
- Jacuzzi Policy: HOA regulations do not allow children under 13 in the jacuzzi.
- Road Noise: Each beachfront condo backs onto the highway, which results in some road noise. Light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs for added comfort.
- Construction Schedule: Scheduled construction occurs from August 1 to October 15, with possible noise from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Rates are discounted during this period for extra value. Emergency construction may be scheduled outside this timeframe, and we'll keep you informed as soon as we’re notified.
- Hurricane Season: August through October is hurricane season. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind during this period, which is also discounted for added value.
Pool and Jacuzzi Rules
The pool and jacuzzi areas are maintained for everyone’s safety and enjoyment, with strict guidelines to follow:
- Pool Hours: Open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Supervision: Children under 13 are not allowed in the jacuzzi, and children under 13 must be supervised in the pool area.
- Swim Diapers: Babies under 2 must wear swim diapers.
- Safety Rules: No running, diving, or use of beach toys and boards in the pool area.
- Furniture Use: Pool lounges must remain in the pool area.
- Glass-Free Zone: For safety, no glass items in the pool area.
- Railings: Please avoid hanging items on condo railings.
Occupancy Limits
In line with HOA policy, each condo has specific occupancy limits:
- 3-Bedroom Condo: Maximum of 6 guests
- 2-Bedroom Condo: Maximum of 4 guests
- 1-Bedroom Condo: Maximum of 2 guests
Any additional guests require special approval from the HOA. Please provide the names and ages of all guests before arrival.
