Our team brings a combined 20+ years of visiting and living in Baja, along with deep local knowledge and trusted relationships throughout the area. Kylie and Zach are the main points of contact for both guests and owners—hands-on, responsive, and focused on making every stay smooth, memorable, and well cared for. Adam works behind the scenes supporting our systems and operations, and also helps lead our sister venture, Hug It Forward. Together, we’re passionate about curating unforgettable experiences, building genuine connections, and helping people explore the best of Baja and the outdoors.

Marce—Ricky’s wife—and her sister, Lupe, are our head cleaners and truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest arrives to a spotless, comfortable home. They also love adding thoughtful touches for special occasions, like birthdays and anniversaries, to make stays feel extra memorable. Their greatest joys are their children, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such a reliable, proactive, and genuinely caring team.
